Personal Training Programs


What is it? 


The TRX is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This total body workout will challenge your balance and core strength with cardio and strength intermixed! 

  • 45 Minute Classes
  • $40 for the monthly session or  $12/drop in class (if available), first priority is given to monthly participants
  • Limited to 6 participants
  • Tuesdays at 5:30pm, January 6-January 27
  • Wednesdays at 10:00am, January 7-January 28
  • Saturdays at 8:30am, January 10-January 31

Boxing Basics

What is it?

Learn the basics of boxing techniques and fighting skills.  You build your strength and stamina while toning without the bulk.  Blast out the calories with this high intensity workout!

January Session
