1.5lbs ground turkey
1 10oz. Package frozen chopped spinach
2 egg whites
1.5 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 cup oats
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 small apple, shredded
1/3 cup milk (almond or coconut)
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper (freshly ground if possible)
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Shape into loaf in 9x13 baking pan
- Bake 45-50min. or until temp is 160.
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Can also form burgers from mixture and broil, bake or grill them.
