Pilates is a structured series of movements that target the abdominal muscles, the pelvic floor, and the back muscles, with the premise that all movement initiates from a stable source - namely the "core" or "powerhouse."

These muscles are important for balance, strength, posture and injury prevention.

Joseph Pilates himself claimed you'd feel better after ten sessions, look better after twenty ...and "have a whole new body" after thirty!

Introductory 3-Session Package

For our members new to Pilates, we offer a 3 session Introduction.  You will have private instruction using the equipment.  You will gain an understanding of how to engage your core muscles as well as an introduction to the basic Pilates moves.   

This is for women new to the Private Pilates Program at a cost of $165 or $55 / session
