Dina Castillo

Dina Castillo is the Personal Training Manager at Oasis and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a degree in Exercise & Sports Science.   Since 2002 Dina has created a variety of experiences working in the fitness, corporate wellness and sports industry. Dina has worked with clients such as Harpo Studios, Aon Insurance, and the Federal Aviation Administration and Lyons Township Soccer Club.  

Throughout this time, she also developed a licensed fitness program that has been accredited by the American Council on Exercise as a continuing education program for other fitness professionals across the U.S.. She also represented the USA as a Sports Ambassador, leading a team of youth athletes oversees to compete in an international tournament. 

She is proud to create fitness programs that educate and provide results and work with the ladies at Oasis.

 Melissa Perez has been actively involved in fitness since 2008 when she started at Triton college. There she became a member of the personal trainer's club, and eventually became president. After training a full semester at the Triton Fitness Center, Melissa earned her certificate in personal training along with her A.S. with a concentration in physical education. She is currently continuing her education at Concordia University Chicago studying Kinesiology and Nutrition.Since 2011 Melissa has been actively involved in timed races and obstacles, completing 10 races.


Melissa's program's are challenging, fun, unique and constantly changing.  Her true passion is inspiring, motivating, and helping people reach their goals.  She pride's herself in teaching people how to lose weight, goal set, reduce stress, increase energy, and create a better quality of life. 

Melissa has her Personal Training Certification through the American Council of Exercise and is First Aid/CPR certified from the American Heart Association.
