Julie's been in the fitness industry since she graduated from high school. She started as a group fitness instructor at Chicago Health Club and it didn't take long for her to see how fitness could positively impact your life.
Julie continued to gain fitness experience adding Personal Training, Power Pilates, and Stott Pilates on the machines.
She has been at Active Souls since 2012 and everyone who has taken a class or trained with Julie is infected with her positive attitude and love for fitness.
Julie wants to see everyone improve their lives through fitness. Check out one of her group fitness classes or schedule a private or semi-private session with her. You will leave feeling better than you did when you started.
Lise is a self-proclaimed exercise “junkie”. She left the corporate world of technology to focus on helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. One of my inspiring heroines, Tina Turner, said, “I believe if you just stand up and go, life will open up for you!” My focus is women that refuse to age. Whether your goals are getting off the couch (and I do have “couch sitting” routines!), going sleeveless, or getting in shape for your favorite sport, I have a program for you. I’ve been an avid jogger for most of my life and have run 5K’s through half-marathons in recent years. Bicycling and hiking are also current avocations.
