Julie has been in the fitness industry since she graduated from high school. She started as a group fitness instructor at Chicago Health Club. It didn't take long for Julie to see how fitness could positively impact your life.
Soon the Willow Brook Athletic Club recruited Julie. She continued to work as a Group Fitness Instructor and added Personal Training, Power Pilates, Skin Care and Massage.
Her next move was to Oak Brook Racquet and Tennis where she developed the Stott Pilates program and began teaching on Pilates machines.
Julie has been at Active Souls since 2012. Her love of fitness shows in her positive attitude. Julie wants to see everyone improve their lives through fitness.
