Join this 8-week competition to lose weight, gain muscle and decrease your body fat. You will be with a team of 3 other participants that will meet 2x/week for 45 minute personal training sessions, have weekly weigh-ins, weekly challenges and pre & post fitness evaluations. Last challenge participants lost a combined weight loss of over 100lbs!
