Liz Mlcoch is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with an emphasis on functional fitness for seniors.

Functional fitness training focuses on exercise patterns and movements designed to increase strength and endurance so you can accomplish everyday activities safely and efficiently. Whether your goals are to take your grandchildren to the zoo, work in the garden, hike through the forest preserves with friends or do your first triathlon, focusing on functional skill development can help you achieve these goals.

Liz also has additional training in working with people post-rehab who have had knee or hip replacement, back surgery, or other orthopedic issues.
