“A self-proclaimed exercise “junkie”, I left the corporate world of technology to focus on helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. One of my inspiring heroines, Tina Turner, said, “I believe if you just stand up and go, life will open up for you!” My focus is women that refuse to age. Whether your goals are getting off the couch (and I do have “couch sitting” routines!), going sleeveless, or getting in shape for your favorite sport, I have a program for you. I’ve been an avid jogger for most of my life and have run 5K’s through half-marathons in recent years. Bicycling and hiking are also current avocations.
