Join Oasis and Airrosti for an educational and interactive class where you will learn corrective and preventative techniques utilizing self-myofascial tools such as foam rollers and lacrosse balls to keep you running pain free!  Gain knowledge and tips on how to prevent and release tight muscles and correct imbalances that are common in runners. This workshop is exclusively for the marathon training group.

  • You make a large portion (8-10 servings) of a healthy plant-based (vegan) meal.
  • Bring it to Oasis, along with a copy of the recipe the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7pm.
  • Bring your own containers to pack up to two servings each of the other meals. It’s a potluck but you bring your food home!

Mid Season Run Clinic with Lise Gorajski

Got that next 5K or 10K coming up and looking to knock off a bit of time? Or are you a leisurely jogger just wanting to improve your form? Join Lise Gorajski for a mid-season running tune-up. We’ll be working on breathing, stretching and conditioning exercises designed specifically for the runner, as well as drills that can improve your form and increase your performance. Group will meet outside unless raining. Work with a small group of participants (4-8). Cost is $60 for the 4-week session, or $25 for drop in.
