SPRINT TRIATHLON TRAINING
Oasis Women’s Fitness and Spa 10 week triathlon training program will teach you all the basic skills of triathlon and how to put them together on race day. Program will run from Monday, April 6, 2015 - June 13, 2015. Participants will meet twice per week for group training and will be given a daily schedule detailing suggested workouts to achieve your race day goals.
The Oasis Sprint Triathlon Program includes:
- Swim, bike and run technique clinics, core-strength and flexibility workshops
- Informational discussions on training, race day nutrition, injury prevention and brick training.
- Demonstrations on transitions and open water swimming technique.
- Technical training shirt, water bottle and nutrition samples
Thursday - 6:00pm @ Oasis Women's Fitness and Spa LaGrange Park
Sunday Morning Bike Rides – Leave Oasis Women's Fitness and Spa @ 7:00 am
COST - $299 for the entire triathlon training program. Price DOES NOT include entry fee for triathlon.
Sally Head is a USAT Certified Coach and owner of Oasis Women's Fitness and Spa. Sally has been competing in triathlons since 1998 and has completed distances from sprint to Ironman.
