Repeat each Circuit 3x, resting 30 sec between exercises

Circuit 1 (3x)

  1. Squat and Jump, 1 min
  2. Mountain Climbers, 1 min
  3. Standing Toe-Touch Kicks, 1 min
  4. Shadow Box Punches, 1 min

Circuit 2 (3x)

  1. Push Ups, 12 reps
  2. Squats, 12 reps
  3. V-Ups, 12 reps

Circuit 3 (3x)

  1. Triceps Dips, 12 reps
  2. Cobra Hold, 60 sec hold
  3. Plank, 60 sec hold

Cool Down - 5-10 min Cardio
