Active Souls Floor Workout:

Circuit 1 (2-3 sets, 60 seconds per exercise, 15 seconds between);:

1. Stepper step down to toe tap- alternate legs

2. Battle ropes - alternate arms up and down

3. TRX side squats -wide then narrow

4.  Smith machine push-ups

Circuit 2 (2-3 sets, 60 seconds per exercise, 15 seconds between):

1. Stepper step up high knee and dumb bell curl

2. Box squats to butt kiss

3. Medicine ball slams on 1-2-3-4 grid

4. TRX curtsy lunge
