workout of the week 9/26/16

Moving Tabata

 

20 seconds on.  10 seconds to transition to the next exercise.  Your choice of 5 minute warm up.

 

-       Box Jumps or Step Ups

-       Dips

-       Ball Slams

-       Mountain Climb – Knees out

-       Rainbow Ball Slams

-       Kettle Bell Swings

-       Russian Twist

-       Bottom to bottom squats with heels on plates. Hold low the extra 10 seconds.

 

Rest I minute and repeat 4 to 8 times.
