workout of the week 8/22/16

 

TRX pushup- 15 reps

TRX squat- 15 reps

Elbows to knees crunches- 15 reps

Mountain climbers- 45 seconds

Then rest 60-120 seconds, repeat for total of 3 times.

 

Dumbbell row and kickback- 15 reps


Dumbbell, barbell or kettlebell deadlift- 15 reps


Core hold- step leg out sideways- 15 reps each side


Speed skaters- 45 seconds

Then rest 60-120 seconds, repeat for a total of 3 times.


Stability ball alternate arm straight arm pullover- 15 reps each arm


Horse stance 3 way glute- bent knee, straight leg, rainbows- 15 each leg each way


BOSU- kneel, front woodchop- 15 reps


BOSU- alternating toe taps all the way around- 45 seconds

 

Then rest 60-120 seconds, repeat for a total of 3 times.
