Warmup

 

**Do everything as supersets 2 times, with whatever weight is best**

 

Step up with a bicep curl 10x each side

Run up and down on step 30 sec

 

Step up with shoulder press 10x each side

Run up and down on step 30 sec

 

Step up with a twist over the knee coming up 10x each side

Run up and down on step 30 sec

 

Back leg on bosu dropping down 10x each leg

Push ups on flipped over bosu 10-15x

 

Tricep kickbacks 15x each side

Mountain climbers on upside down bosu 30 sec

 

Kettle bell swings 15x

Russian twist on bosu or floor 30 sec

 

Plank on bosu 30 sec

Side plank on bosu hold 20 sec each side

 

5 min jog/walk (cool down)

10 min foam roll or lacrosse ball
