Workout of the Week 6/13

This is a great full body workout that covers strength training in every major muscle group as well as cardio bursts in between the weights. Give it a try-

5 minute warm up on any cardio equipment (it's good to be already sweating a little before your workout!)

 

12 squats

1 minute step ups

20 Lunges

1 minute step ups

15 Bent over rows

1 minute step ups

12 push ups

1 minute step ups

15 Overhead presses

1 minute step ups

15 Tricep Extension

1 minute step ups

 

Repeat 2-4X

 

Cool down and stretch
