Perform each exercise from top to bottom then run 2 min or walk 2 min with incline and repeat 3 times

Walking lunge with bicep curl
Russian twist with weight (25x each side)
Walking lunge with shoulder press
Russian twist with weight (25x each side)
Walking lunge with twist over front knee
Russian twist with weight (25x each side)
Squat hold on bosu ball with bicep curl
Mountain climbers on bosu
Squat hold on bosu ball with shoulder press
Mountain climbers on bosu
Squat jumps 15x
Plank hold with toe taps (30sec)
Squat jumps 15x
Shoulder taps (30sec)

Run 2 min or walk with incline and repeat above exercises (3 rotations)
