20 Minute Power Workout

5 minute warm up

20 Burpees, 50 crunches alternating for 4 minutes- 1 minute rest

50 jumping jacks, 10 pushups alternating for 4 minutes- 1 minute rest

20 light weight bicep curls in Squat position, 30 Russian Twists alternating for 4 minutes- 1 minute rest

50 mountain climbers, 20 light weight tricep kickback, alternating for 4 minutes- 1 minute rest
