WOW May 23 - Switch up you Cardio Routine

We usually don't recommend all cardio workouts for our members because we see too many woman doing the same cardio workouts and not adding any weights to their routine.  But this cardio workout advises you mix up your cardio for at least 30 minutes -- shoot for an hour.  Using different machines for this workout will recruit different muscles and get your heart rate up.

Make your work out 30-60 minutes of combined cardio options: at least 10 minutes at a time on each. This way helps you to not get bored and quit too soon.

  • Lateral Trainer
  • Biking
  • Jog/Running
  • Rower
