Workout of the week

Yoga Flow Between Each Weighted Set (4 times)

  • 30 sec plank
  • Lower to 10 sec cobra
  • Child’s Pose

Warm-Up

  • Yoga Flow (repeat 4 times)

Workout (Weight of your choice)

Set #1 (Repeat 4 times)

  • Tricep Kickbacks – 20 reps
  • Overhead Tricep Extension – 30 reps
  • Yoga Flow

Set #2 (Repeat 4 times)

  • Step into a Wide Lunge
  • Narrow Rows (20 reps – holding lunge)
  • Wide Arm Rows (20 reps – switch legs on lunge)
  • Stationary Lunge (30 reps each side)
  • Yoga Flow

Set #3 (Repeat 4 times)

  • Hammer Curls (palms facing each other) 20 reps (w/ Feet wider than hip distance stay low)
  • Horse Squat (legs wide) with weight at heart (stay low 1 minute)
  • Bicep curls 20 reps
  • Yoga Flow
